一竿風月 Ikkanfugetsu
Living a leisurely and carefree life in nature, untroubled by the cares of the world. 竿 means fishing rod. 風月 means appreciating nature and savouring its poetic charm. The phrase derives from the idea of enjoying this poetic charm with a single fishing rod.

The 7th Head Priest of the Tenryūji School of the Rinzai sect. His disciples included Yamada Mumon and Seki Bokuō.
