Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique in its original shipping materials to ensure it is protected against damage during the transit back to our gallery.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a specialized white-glove courier to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our specialists verify the item's condition matches our records, a full refund minus shipping costs will be issued to your original payment method.
