羽様西崕 Hazama Seigai (1811-1878)
A painter who was active in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. He studied Nanga painting under Oda Kaisen. Also known as Tani Seigai. He specialised in paintings of flowers and birds, landscapes and figures.
