中村瑛舟 Nakamura Eishu (1890-1952)
Born in Fukugawa, Shinnanyo in 1890. Studied under Fukada Chokujo of the Shijo School in Osaka. He excelled at flowers and birds. He moved to Tokushima around 1937. He died in 1952 at the age of 63.
